Sandra Petko Collazo, also known as “Sandra Dee,” earned her degree in Theatre & Film from USC and began her casting career in 2004. With more than two decades of experience, she’s become one of the most trusted voices in unscripted casting — a creative lead known for her discerning eye, sharp intuition, and ability to inspire teams to deliver far beyond expectations. Sandra has helped shape casts that have defined entire genres — from heartfelt dating experiments to high-stakes competition formats with hit series like Farmer Wants a Wife (FOX), Joe Millionaire, The 1% Club, HBO’s 12 Dates of Christmas, and the iconic The Millionaire Matchmaker. As co-founder of Collazo Casting, she oversees teams and systems, cultivates talent relationships, and consistently delivers top-tier results for networks — alongside her husband and business partner, Damon — while keeping up with their two energetic and lovable, boys.
Damon Collazo is a creative force in unscripted television — a visionary casting director known for instinct, precision, and heart. Originally from Texas, he began his career in front of the camera before finding his true calling behind it — shaping casts that define the genre. Over his career, Damon has helped bring more than 60 series to life across every major network and platform. From dating and competition formats to large-scale reality franchises, his approach blends intuition with execution — always finding the right people at the right time. Today, Damon leads casting for two major FOX series: Farmer Wants a Wife, now entering its fourth season, and The 1% Club with Joel McHale, currently airing nationwide.
